Yes, except without the addon, you don’t get magical /target macros appear. You have to physically type it.
Everything happening around you appears in the combat log, it always has.
oh noes! you have to type!
Seriously, you probably hate Clique too
it will take you out of stealth unless you have points in imp stealth. even then its only 90%, but it does not matter, the sap still is in effect.
I don’t know what Clique is, so no comment.
They existed in forever.
Any parser can parse the combat log, always could.
How you think some guilds in vanilla were logging live realtime raids to IRC eggdrop bots?
it creates mouseover macros
Yikes, sorry for asking.
Wirt - you definitely used an aimbot in CoD back in the day.
Not when they are in stealth you can not
Unless they are friendly, you can target friendlies in any state i am pretty sure, or healing would be a nightmare
Can you tell me the range of the combat log? I have been wondering how far it reaches for it. Is it limited to 200 yrds. What is the limit through the networking via other users?
rofl, no, that’s actually cheating
This is just providing information in a clearer venue
well, you CAN target stealthies, if you can see them, so if they are close enough to you to be detected
this video showcases stealth detection ranges
PvP snowflakes can’t handle addons
I think its just the opposite really. You cannot play without crutches TIMMY!
good job einstein.
There’s no easy way to disable Spy’s functionality. #Nochanges aside, the fact that it would not be easy to do means you are unlikely to see it happen in classic.
Blizzard have supported sports and steroids for WoW forever. Try to use simple addons for Diablo 3 though, you’ll get ban hammered.
Like what? Other than any threat, dmg, healing, etc. meters?
Not to nitpick, but people said the exact same thing about the LFG add on. It would break everything if it was banned. Well it was not banned but the network part was disabled. even that would help, to disable the networking in spy. But I would be happy with removing even the “stealth” from being reported in the combat log.
It wasn’t banned.
