Well if course it will appear to have an effect when you’re convinced GDKP = RMT. To you the lack of GDKP raids, or at least the lack of advertising GDKP raids in th game, is the same thing as RMT vanishing. But do you raise the same complaints and questions when you see edgmaster’s selling for an amount of gold no one could have acquired this early in fresh’s lifecycle?
It’s more impressive watching the hypocrisy of people who think banning GDKP’s means RMT is gone.

It’s getting very tedious to have the very people claiming the GDKP ban is such a resounding success also the ones who call anyone who explains what the GDKP ban actually accomplished a cheater.

Strawman. Nobody said banning GDKP solves RMT. It simply helps. Just as convicting a murderer doesn’t solve murder.
Blizzard is just doing their part to mitigate.

Play game with GDKP for 4 months then play game without it for 4 months. Pretty obvious which version is better for the game
Players generally prefer the path of least resistance and “bis players carry me when i bid gold on items” obviously makes the quickest and easiest experience. But that doesn’t mean its good for the game.

They aren’t though. If they would ban the bots and put actual penalties on RMT bans we’d get somewhere.
When the RMT punishment isn’t even a week off, then why would any swiper care?’
Also, as an aside, they did nothing about all the streamers participating in RMT to boost players in arena.
Person donates/subs on stream, streamer joins totally random arena team, players with random player for a bunch of games, leaves arena team at wep/shoulder range…
In fact, I wonder if the optics of that was bad for the game so they removed arena teams for wrath classic so it wouldn’t be as obvious when career Challengers in an arena team by themselves were sitting in glad range.
Doing their part would be actually doing something effective about bots and RMT.
Blizzard refuses to do that, gaslighting people into thinking they’re doing something is much much cheaper.
Anyways, good job Blizzard! You looked at the data and realized you could mitigate RMT with the GDKP ban. Don’t worry, the screaming swipers will eventually get over it and find other ways to…well you know. Keep up the great work! Keep fighting the cheaters!

see, this is what i’m talking about. this gentleman “warbunny” is attaching all his anxiety over RMT to GDKP, as if they are equivalent. and he uses snark in place of an actual argument 
Sorry but I don’t believe you have any actual eye-witness accounting or insider information as to what they do on this front. You’re just wildly flailing based on your own personal anecdotal observation which accounts for fairly nominal value in a factual discussion, but thank you for your input, I’m sure Blizzard is taking your feedback very seriously.

I don’t raid at all actually, it was ruined long before GDKP. I have no anxiety about it whatsoever. You’re just like the other guy, making up your own reality about me so you can blow the straw man down. If you actually read any of my posts I make many, many actual points. It really sucks because GDKP is honestly the greatest system out there.
Its so perfect in everyway… except that its 100% exploited by cheaters and gold buyers.
It sucks so bad that ppl cheat and it killed GDKP.
If it was all farmed gold from your self doing w.e it is… god GDKP would be so perfect.
But its not.
