Update: My work toward completing objective (this case the 5k gold from auctions under special tab) started working correctly. The trader UI (where you buy things) still shows no currency to spend (although my ui under the travelers log seems correct) and i still cannot loot any currency from the cache.

Same issue. When opening the chest, the animation goes off but not tendies are collected.

Why haven’t they acknowledged this??? Still can’t collect my tender. Fun.
Oh, and my traveler’s log now says 0/1000 even though it was at 800/1000 yesterday. Good stuff.

It’s been exactly over 24 hours since myself and others have reported this issue. So far not so much as an official acknowledgment of this problem has been posted by any representative of Blizzard, despite them already making posts about other issues with the Trading Post.
Again, I don’t expect an immediate solution since I know how frustrating code troubleshooting can be, specially with a game as big and old as WoW. But still, something like “We are looking into it” would be nice.
Edit: In my attempts to try to unclog whatever is going on here, I tried deleting the cache folder. It did not work for me, but perhaps it will for other people, nothing lost in trying.

Same with me. I did the intro quest yesterday on Kuddlebugg of Wyrmrest Accord. Today I still can’t collect and I tried on several of my alts.

Having the same issue, I don’t have the 500 for logging on or the tender earned from completing the challenges.

I have the same issue; I bought Dragonflight, finished the Tour Tradepost quest, both should award 500 Tender each.
I can click on the chest and it opens, but I can’t loot anything from it.
The Tradepost interface says I have Uncollected Tender in the Collector’s Cache.

Same here, I click the chest > it plays the opening animation > I receive zero coins. I have tried all the suggested fixes eg: disabling all addons, clearing cache, logging out for extended periods (fully closing launcher also) I’ve even tried on opposite faction toons, created toons on different region’s servers to try, nothing works! I can’t find a single blue post anywhere regarding this issue, surely they are aware this is happening to tons of people still days after it has gone live and 3 maintenances have occurred???

Experiencing the same issue here. Tried different servers, alts, faction, even turned off all my addons and attempted relogging. Chest just opens and rewards no tenders or the mount.

Still bugged even after a maintenance on EU. Sometimes progress is at 850, other times 0. I can also pick 400 Tenders from chest on login for some reason, but it never adds to the currency tab (which sometimes disappears as well).

A GM responded to my ticket telling me that this problem was solved.
Now guess what?.. It’s NOT.

(Ignore my previous deleted comment because I’ve recently been super active on the official WoW forums and there’s a learning curve on the buttons and editing).
The ‘Collector’s Cache’ is broken. It said, “Visit the Trading Post in Ogrimmar to collect your rewards!” I went to the location in Ogrimmar, right clicked the ‘Collector’s Cache chest’ and it gave me nothing. So, even after the February 2-2023 one-hour maintenance, I’m still not getting anything from the ‘Collector’s Cache’. Is it because I did the traveler’s log mission on different characters? Right now, ‘Visit the Trading Post in Ogrimmar to collect your rewards!’ It only shows up on my Druid and Paladin, but not my Hunter. And in the two it shows up on, I still don’t get anything from the Collector’s Cache in Ogrimmar. I’ve rebooted my PC and used the ‘Scan and Repair’ option from the launcher on the WoW game. Still nothing. I’ve also been trying every day since to see if it will give me the tenders and still nothing.
