Adding my voice to the chorus of people who haven’t received any Trader’s Tender. Been this way since release, and no amount of activity progress helps, no free granted tendies, nada.
Having same issue. Submitted ticket, but they say it’ll take 4 days for a response.

Same issue. Day one, friend and I go to post and complete quest. He opens his box and boom, Trading tender. I open mine. Nothing. Multi-Dollar company. Please fix this.

Perhaps all your social credit scores are not high enough to allow you to access the benefits of this feature?

Update 2: Still not showing me getting anything from the Cache (day 3), also still not showing anything in the trader UI. However the Travelers log is showing 300/1000 trader tender (i assume it should be 800/1000 when i finally get my 500 from the cache but at least it’s showing something.
Same! Cannot collect any tender.
All the quest, chest, and achievement has bugged and I have not received a single tender. I’ve tried all my characters, disabled addons… restart… etc. Please help!!

I have completed the quest and several of the activities. The log says I have 650/1000 Trader points, which should give me several hundred Tender, but the chest is empty. I can click on it and the animation plays, but it does not give me any Tender.
I have not been able to collect a single tender since the feature went live.

I am also having this problem, and I have no addons or anything. I keep going and it is 0 tenders, even though i completed the quest (which should have given 500) and completed some items on the pass (and received no tenders).

I am also having this issue. I opened a ticket with Blizz ingame and got a response today saying that the issue was resolved (no further details just said it was resolved). And guess what, it wasn’t same thing.
Click on the Collector’s Cache and the Animation of the chest opening happens but then no loot window appears and I still have 0 tender.
When I go to the Trading Post vendors and hover over the icon for tender it says:
-You have uncollected tender from the Collector’s Cache
-You have unearned tender from the Traveler’s Log

Yep, exact same situation. I guess this is a system I won’t interact with if it is “resolved”. Unreal that there is no communication on this.

I am also having this issue, bumping so maybe it will get some notice. Really bummed I can’t participate since I love transmog and mount collecting.

An update on this issue would be very helpful… Or even an acknowledgement that the issue is known. I’ve seen people post that it was resolved, but it obviously wasn’t.

I can’t even collect the rewards after achieveing the 1000 points for the rewards because the chest is bugged. It would be helpful for a fix very soon before the time goes by to buy the stuff in the vendor.

Does anyone know how the trader’s tender is supposed to work? I have collected my mount and it will tell me to go to Orgrimmar and when I do, I open chest and it says received 400 tender. But when I go to buy something it says I have 375, so somewhere I had negative, which is extremely unlikely, or this is a bug. Are we supposed to only be able to get this on one character once per month?

The repeatedly opening the chest and it saying you got 400 more tender is a display bug.
The tender is account wide. It doesn’t matter which character you use but only one per month will actually get your reward.
Bottom line we can pick up at most 2000 tender this month if you do the quests and fill the bar. I bought the mount and pet and have 350 left. I can still interact with the chest on some characters but it doesn’t (and shouldn’t) change my actual totals.
What I am not sure about and can’t find anywhere is if we can save this stuff up or if I should just spend the remaining 350 on rando mog items I don’t really care about.
