Just logged in again (since yesterday), tried to loot trader tender. No go, still not showing, the animation plays but not looting anything at all. Also the 100 trader tender that shows on the log is not showing up on the trader post (when i look at items) itself as it is still showing 0 trader tender inside the trader post UI.

Managed to collect from the initial quest and one of the introductions, as well as the chest - but now all the tokens received yesterday are gone. No purchases made, just whoosh - empty.

Same issue cant claim the mount even though i did a bunch of challenges and now it says i owe blizzard -4292901912 Traders tender so looks like i wont be buying anything for a couple of decades

Same in the EU. It works for some, but many others can’t get the tenders.
It really is frustrating.
Especially since there are so many other bugs in this expansion. It overall feels very rushed and half-baked.

Still having the same issue. I reset the UI as instructed. I open the chest and get nothing.

Adding to the post. Had 1750 till this morning. Now I’ve got 0 tendies =[
Nevermind. Purchasing and refunding an item refreshed the tendies currency

Forgot to make an update, my ticket reporting this issue got an automated response telling me they can’t answer my ticket and to check their Q&A guides.
While I understand that they are probably being overworked right now, it would be nice to also acknowledge this issue like the other two that they’ve already announced they are aware of.

On every login I can collect 400, but it never gets added to my currency tab. I’m sure I’m missing some, maybe it will get fixed after todays maintenance.

So, I figured not get myself frustrated yesterday with this broken system, so I decided to log for the night and start when I got home from work today, hoping to hear something about a fix or upcoming fix, but yet again crickets from the devs.
I should have by now:
200 Trader Tender through the Travelers Log,
500 for completing the initial quest.
500 having Dragonflight
Yet still shows I have 0 Traders Tender and I can still not loot the chest to get my original quest reward.

Same issue here US (OCE) Frostmourne, animation happens but no Tender looted and no capacity to collect on any toons.
The chest animates and opens with no reward/loot.

Having the same issue here on retail NA.
I’ve done everything the others have - Relogged a billion times, tried other characters, finished other objectives to see if it would force it, and even tried other servers.
No dice

I’m in the same boat. Tried everything suggested, went back multiple times while earning currency… the box opens and nothing happens.
I do own the Celestial Steed already, and have 1,000 currency waiting for me… but can’t claim a thing
