Hello, I would like to know if I can and should be reporting players who are breaking game rules by forming and advertising AFK wintrading bg premades in chat.
AFking in bgs is against the rules, as is giving free wins to your opponent. People forming this type of group are directly breaking the rules. Can I report them for this? Or at least the person forming the group in LFG? They are encouraging a toxic and bad culture for the game as well.

Blizzard made a post they’re suspending anyone who does this, report all of them
I’m pretty sure it’s a moving forward thing as some players were used as an example and reporting a player who formly did this isn’t going to matter.
Well, I wouldn’t want to be the one to test that out a week away from BC release.
Correct, I’m sure Blizzard made thier point and the only bans they will hand out are ones who completely abused it. No sense in reporting it for prior cases.
