Entire premades of players were deliberately farming loses in AB. It was bound to attract Blizzard at some point. They usually don’t give a damn about players idle leeching BGs but this was clearly pushing it.

A lot of people will be missing TBC launch.
I am against this type of behavior because it is pathetic but at the same time I don’t see how they can ban afk premades when they are just the opposite of winning premades. Blizzard made a system that they can take advantage of by just utilizing the mechanics. They aren’t using exploits or bugs to my knowledge so banning them is a bit far.
Again, I do not condone nor approve of people forming afk premades. I believe in working towards a goal and achieving it as opposed to just being handed things.

Going totally afk has no place in BGs.
It sucks if your one of the few who do want to actually play while majority of your team is afk.
It sucks going against that too because what if you waited 10-15 min que just to get a super boring action-less BG.

Not disagreeing with y’all but just wanted everyone to know that a majority of people who got high warlord did it by AFKing in the most BGs and then coordinating with other players to give the rank out via discord and account sharing… so by AFKing through BGs you’d actually be doing exactly what most people did to get the rank to unlock the gear.

Very pleasantly surprised to see Blizzard take some action. I wish the current classic meta wasn’t trying to figure out ways to not actually play the game.

The only people that got rank 14 afking were the very first wave when AV was the meta.
After wsg and ab became the meta nobody getting rank 14 was doing it by AFKing

Yea you can obviously AFK in a BG and they don’t care that is what the 15 min debuff is for. However premade AFK teams where you are naked does step into ToS territory. Guess it’s in the win trading area 
Would love for them to fix honor gains especially since this Prepatch is too short and plagued with bugs. The reason AFK premades even happened is Blizzards fault. Players were forced into these tactics.
