once again, I’ve had to go through and log out of everything, clear all the cash cookies, and data history, and try logging back in. thankfully, mobile is still working so that I can actually contact customer service. Do we have any idea when this forum bug is finally gonna get fixed so that people can change between characters that will to check their other messages? Kind of tired of getting locked out of the forum for 24 hours on PC because of some weird coding. any sort of information would be appreciated.
I dont think thats something the blues casn answer here the forums are run seprately.

i’m just hoping there’s some sort of pipeline between the two where this can be communicated.
I believe it was thought to be fixed, so a ETA will be hard to get if it’s still a work in progress
Just fyi, the forums are not a primary contact for service, that is the ticket system, and doesn’t bypass that. It’s more moderated, but not gm staffed. Just pointing this out for future searchers.
