Worked in a group for me and they were not there with me
It just worked for me. 20 minutes later. Just. Randomly. I abandoned multiple times. I did it once, and then spoke to her a second time and it worked.
I think I found a fix.
I had to drop the quest, reaccepted went straight to Disciple Helene.
I started the event and immediately clicked one on the left and two on the right leaving the 4th memory up and talked to her again to “help”.
I then clicked the 4th one and she started the event again. This time I clicked all four and the event continued to ring the second bell and proceeded as normal.
Not sure if this is a fix or I got lucky, but it did complete for me.

Quest just worked for me, when I clicked on one memory, talked to her again and the event completed without issues.

Logged out for about 10 mins, logged back in, working.
yep, it is fixed now
Just completed it now, seems to be working again - Frostmourne
They’ve fixed it, all of a sudden it started working. I think all of use /spitting on her forced her to complain to HR, speeding up the bug fix.

Just had a guildy say that it is working now so…perhaps they did a quick fix?
fixed it just worked for me thank god

TEMP FIX:
This bug is linked only to Warmode. If you turn warmode off you will be able to complete the quest just fine.
Update* Helene part is working now for me after spitting on her multiple times

no cause i had warmode off so thats not true.
