Calia and the Forsaken

All these years of whinging about factions and you still have never grasped the fact that there’s no such thing as “alliance players” or “horde players”. Everyone plays both and always has.

If I logged onto one of my multiple max level Horde characters would that somehow change things?

The outcome of Cata had a lasting impressing on alliance players.

The faction divide should stay in place. Certain gameplay stuff can be lifted without it being completely removed. But I won’t accept that wallpaper of a character. Y’all can have her back.

No, because nobody’s going to be fooled by a horde alt.

That I have a single level 14 gnome mage on Kirin Tor server does not mean I “play both factions”.

To their credit, as someone who played the Horde prior to moving to the Alliance, the Horde has always had the plague of people making the faction their personality.

On Alliance it’s just the Male Human Paladins

But she was still alive though.

She’s still princess, they call her that. She won’t be Queen because she doesn’t want it, but “technically” (I feel so nerdy saying that lol) it’s hers

Also Forsaken paladins when!?

She’s not technically still the princess. Some people calling her that doesn’t make it official. Definitely not all of them call her that and some hate her.

It’s not her’s. It fell long before she returned.

All Paladins are coming eventually but it’ll likely be a while. They’ll have to develop customizations for them. They need their Pally mount primarily.

Voss was telling the Horde council they wanted to restore Lordaeron. Calia helped out and cleaned the blight.

Lordaeron’s back!!!

And guess who still owns the deed?

But didn’t we see Calia in Lordaeron with Voss at the end of the quest line? Calia felt bad like she didn’t belong and Voss told her she belongs. Some people are so mean to poor Calia.

You could have been mean and teamed up with Anduin and told everyone to get off her lawn.

Yes because Blizz is trying hard to fit the square peg in the round hole.

Good then get rid of there being 3 instances of UC.

It’s not Calia. Lordaeron still belongs to the Forsaken.

Because she’s from Lordaeron which like…95% of Forsaken are. Except those leper gnomes. Blizzard forgot about them. Why didn’t they get a seat at the desolate council!?

She’s still not Forsaken and even says she is not there to stake a claim. Even she isn’t entitled about it.

She’s being very humble and realizes she doesn’t know Jack. That’s why Lillian trains her for a bit and then maybe down the line…she’ll get over the whole “blood on the throne” nonsense and sit on her daddy’s chair.

She shouldn’t be blamed for her brothers sins.

Nah, this is troll behavior.

She’s not. She’s blamed for not coming back long after he was dead and then suddenly showing up conveniently when Sylvanas is falling from grace. She’s a suspected Alliance plant.

I think the writers are/were heavily considering it. It’s pretty suggestive in some of the novels.

I think in old RPG lore that they never implemented, theForsaken captured a human outside of Lordaeron after the fall and claimed it was Calia.

It’s on her WoWWiki, just a short little story from the RPG. Then they turned her into this priest from netherlight.

They considered wrong. Most Horde don’t like this shoe-horned mess.

Hopefully they tortured her.

The forsaken who found her in the cell bowed and called her “my princess.”

I think the problem with Calia is that she’s like…there. It’s when the president leaves office. You still give them respect for their former office. They still have this “aura” about them.

So Calia will have that “aura” around her for the entirety of her existence. She may not be “princess” or “queen” but she’s going to be treated way differently and with lots of respect.

Also she’s just so nice. I wish more people liked her.

I think this is fanon.

She’s not even treated with respect in the story. It’s mostly just two NPCs asking us to please accept her and trust her. When that will never happen.

Almost to a fake point. Like when a psycho smiles.

Huh?

She’s treated with massive respect in the novels. She’s not treated with that same level of respect in-game from the council and it’s mostly Belmont.

Not talking about the novels. Especially since those seem like such a mess. Talking about the game.

Again, you Alliance players are the ones that like her. You can take her back.

No she smells like dead people. Horde are used to that smell.
