They dont care about us. If they dont give us a lifeline on OB soon, we are better off finding another game to play.

Is there any word on whether or not free transfers will ever include transfers from a US West server to a US East server or vice versa?
So, guild masters who have purchased guild bank tabs for their guilds, are just S.O.L on this? Guild wont migrate with the GM, no plans for reimbursement? That’s a little infuriating considering when purchasing the tabs I had to choose between them or progression with gear/professions…
Why is something more not being done to address guilds that are affected by the move?

Yes they do have some. The free transfers are based on realm pop only. For example Stalagg can free transfer to grobbulus.
I’m seeing if there’s any updates regarding free transfers being offered up for PVE realm servers that currently have low pop status (i.e. Old Blanchy and Myzrael) as none of them are on the list right now.

Like others have said Old Blanchy seems dead why isn’t there free xfer’s off it?

Dead to them means no one actively raiding. And while OB and other’s have the low numbers to be dead to a normal person, Blizzard just doesn’t see it that way.
IMO, folks should have tried harder to hang on to the medium-population servers. Those seem to have the best WoW experience. There’s stuff to do. The AH has activity. Also, no layers.

I am one of those folks on a server that Blizz still insists is medium even though it was on the small side of medium to begin with and has declined by at least 50% - more when you factor in players who aren’t just raid logging. We’re going to be losing at least 3 more large guilds in phase 1.
Would I prefer they not leave? Yes. Do I understand why they’re leaving? Also yes. I haven’t left, but I’m incredibly anxious things are going to shift to dead long before Arthas. We did a run this past week where we brought along a dps who still had Vanilla greens because there was literally no one else available. It went about how you’d expect.
Some people will make sacrifices for an ideal; most people won’t.

Anyway, “folks” refers to everyone in those servers, and can be extended to those who’ve left. The megaservers suck.
I mean, depends on what you’re trying to do. If you’re trying to find people to group with for guilds/raids/dungeons…there’s a reason people keep migrating that way.
Don’t get me wrong, I prefer medium myself and wish Blizz hadn’t rolled over on letting megaservers be the reality. But given how the game has been managed I can understand why people are behaving the way they do in response.
Megaservers - such a bad idea. Maybe Blizzard is hoping the queue times come LK will get people to move out of frustration?
They are removing the servers, so no. People will have to name change as a result.
You know that consolidation is only days away, right?

SO I am a Spanish alliance player who plays actually on Mandokir (DEAD Spanish server FOR ALLIANCE) you recently open migration from Mandokir to Golemag , SO now HORDE player can migrate to Golemag and actually enjoy a 6k ppl server with Spanish community but unfortunately THE WEAK FACTION of mandokir have no place to go since the only alive server with Spanish community is firemaw which have closed migrations right now ( MAKE A LOT OF SENSE ) can you please guys use the common sense and give alliance Spanish players access to the only populated server for alliance players so we can actually PLAY THIS GAME? is that too much to ask? or only horde can have fun playing this game?

Is this still happening in 3 days?? I assume the realm migration was cancelled or postponed since we haven’t had any updates from Blizzard in months. No notes or announcements on the launcher either.
