Brutosaur no longer showing up on BMAH

Hello,

Ever since the hotfix in July to add the Brutosaur to the black market loot crates, no Brutosaurs have shown up as a regular listing. Prior to this hotfix, Brutosaurs were spotted every ~10 or so days, and in the past 6 months there have been zero. There was a blue post response that this behavior is not what is supposed to be happening:

I received word back - When the mount was removed from the vendor, it was added to rotation in the BMAH. The hotfix update on July 14th is intended only to add the mount to the container as well. So now the mount could show up on its own or as loot dropped from the container. At this time, it all appears to be working as intended

january 14 , still not showing in the bmah , seems like devs messed up and wont acknowledge it.
