Did you appeal, and have patience while the appeal processed? Did you keep appealing till they told you to stop?

Nope. If that was enough to trigger a ban, I and my 2 daughters would have been banned years ago. We all play from the same home, same IP.
I dont get why players insist on lying on what a gm tells you we both know that they told you the action upon review is being upheld. You are more then welcome to reapeal but blizzard will never tell you to kick rocks. The only person looking bad is you.

Update:
We both received what seems like an automated response about our bans, stating:
“This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies (https://blizzard.com/support/article/42673), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players.”
I still can’t believe we were banned, especially my brother, whose entire leveling journey was live-streamed on Twitch. It’s so frustrating and disheartening to have this happen when we’ve done absolutely nothing wrong.

That was a template response, sent for consistency. A person reviewed the appeal. You can appeal again…until they say no more. Each time another human looks.

Keep appealing until they tell you to stop. Generally, from my experiences, first appeals are generally met with that response, so keep at it, and I hope that you are able to get it handle swiftly.

What’s funny is i see botters running around non stop in pvp and pve, but I’ve talked to a lot of life time WoW players who’ve played for 18 years who’ve never been in trouble or broken ToS get caught in the ban wave and been accused of hacking / botting

If that’s the case then, report and move along. If you and others do not report these bots etc the they will not be removed. The standard you walk past, is the standard you set.

Update:
I just wanted to share some good news—my account has been unbanned! I’m incredibly relieved and grateful to have this resolved. Now, I’m just waiting for my brother’s appeal to go through, as we were banned at the same time. Fingers crossed he’ll hear back soon so we can finally get back to playing together.
Thank you to everyone who shared advice and support. It’s been a frustrating process, but I’m staying hopeful for a full resolution.
