Objectively, there is a quality issue here. You are producing a product for consumers. At no company I’ve ever worked do these levels of quality issues make it too the consumer. Doesn’t matter if it’s a junior engineer or apprentice there are systems in place that prevent inferior, faulty, damaged, buggy products from reaching the consumer. A broken patch and then a $90 cash shop mount is actually a very good celebration of modern blizzard

You can thank everyone on these forums who cheers and then gets incredibly mad when anyone voices their opinion that maybe microtransactions are getting out of hand. You get broken buggy patches and the actual effort goes in to the cash shop. Just like a cheap korean mmo.

20th Anniversary Event Experience

Pros: Lot’s of cool rewards! Daily accessible World Bosses to help gear up easier are a nice option to have. Lot’s of XP buffs to help level characters. Black Rock Depths raid is pretty cool to see and with Classic Timewalking it was a lot of fun to see updated versions of old content. Not sure how much I’ll enjoy doing the Timewalking dungeons for the weekly quest complete past the first few weeks. Anniversary event is awful

Mindless slop. BORING, LONG list of chores every week for scraps of currency. Raid was an overtuned mess even on normal. Patch was a disaster full of bugs and exploits. And now you want more money? Yeah nah. Buff the hell out of event currency so we can get things without this huge long list of boring weekly chores. Let the currency come from more natural game play.
