Broken Quest log?

My Warlock on Earthen Ring has a broken quest log. I have 0 quest however Chromie Will not let me pic another expansion. Every time I talk to her I received the following message from her: “The Situation in Icecrown Needs you. Without your help Azeroth’s future is doomed!”

I have also tried to reset my UI using the following method

I have removed my addons and nothing has worked. Has anyone else run in to this or is there a fix?

Chromie Broken stuck in WotLK

Solved!!! You need to do the quest “Emissary” and the following quest chain in order to phase into the present and unlock the portal room, it’s really quick and it’ll get you your dalaran hearth stone. As far as phasing in all the heirloom vendors on top of the gate, idk, and idc. lol.
