I have two heirlooms equipped as a 39 twink because I can cheat by having a level 85+ put an OP enchant on them then mail them to me.

You would need to link a “Leveler” with full 8.1.5 Epics/Blues obtained from a lucky “Purple Rain” streak from Quest items.
Give me a list and I will document how plausible this is to do whilst levelling…
This hasn’t happened yet, so let’s just discuss what’s going on right now.
Classic Quest items 1-60 would be where you can start.

It’s not plausible. It was already not plausible to expect that in the brackets where gear procced higher rarities prior to this patch.

How would you recommend we compare a “Leveler” to a “Twink” via 8.1.5?
What method would work?
I will do some more tests with my own character, I just need to get some gear that was the same as when I dinged 39 (I sold a couple pieces off by mistake), but I do have the SS of what my toon’s gear was at that time.
I will run a BG with my twink gear and one without and compare them.
It is even a new patch, so supposedly, there is more balance (but from what I hear, it won’t affect my 39 much).
So all those numbers you put out vs a leveler was for…?

Well, compare your gear in 2 weeks vs someone in all BoA’s, that should get you most of the way there.
Go to XPoff and look at the BiS gear guides, and twink armory links. Look at the stats of those toons vs someone in BoA’s.
I know you know the answer to this already, because you have been touting how much you already know about this patch every chance you get.
Nah, you will just cry about their gear not being good enough for the average leveller. I didn’t pick them, I just used recount on the non twink warriors in my games. There was another with similar numbers, but their gear was worse
Like I said, I will run some numbers on my own toon in what I would have been levelling in without having looked at XPoff.
Epic/Blue upgrades cannot be controlled.
