Not every group is going to be so socail. It’s mostly the battlegrounds with the “casual try hards” that produce the negative feed back regarding twink premades and the speed levelers are the ones praising twinks for the quick wins. I pay close attention to the chat in battlegrounds as I am interested in seeing what people have to say about twinks. I sometimes queue on a bleh geared character in the 111-119 bracket and stir the pot just to see what people say about twinks or the lack of them. It’s very interesting how the opinions are all over the place.

I have groups that are social, just not so much about twinks.
To end the match with a win as quickly as possible is my aim in any battle ground. Sometimes I have to train the oppositions twinks or healers, while other times I have to run the flags. It depends on what my team is lacking.
When my brother and I play together, I usually run the flags while he recovers ours or we stick together and train down the oppositions twinks or healers. We have won quite a few matches vs 5 man premades so long as the rest of the team understands their role.
I have leveling characters myself, and it’s interesting to see the chat in regards to twinks.
It’s kind of all over the place, some really hate them and others really like having them around.

That’s what I am seeing too.
The chat in my BGs is usually about the bg (like actually communicating) or “you guys suck” or “your mom” Not much said about twinks, but I also never bring them up myself.

Yea the toxic comments In general are present, sadly.
The lower level brackets I read alot of:
“Why are their twinks this early in the game?”
“I cant wait to ding, this is a joke”
“Why did I queue for this”
“Blizz has really killed this game for me”
I noticed around level 70 or so the comments were a little more constructive and aimed at specific things like over tuned classes/specs, twinks or abilities that are OP in certain situations.
Again not every battleground has such fruitful conversations or comments but they are there if you pay attention. Even if it was only a few lines from someone venting.

Guess I’ve been lucky to not get that. Just people trying, winning or losing. I have had people leave BGs which would likely be the ragers
I also armory expartgamer and no one has that name in NA.

LOL same old people defending twinks. I guess I do not care anymore really. I have not even had the urge to log in in over a week. These people do not realize the ship is sinking because their end has not filled up with water yet.

I hope I am not amongst the twink defenders. I merely share my experiences as a twink and help those who cant be bothered to gear up.
I would much rather have instanced pvp return to the way it was In Legion.

These are randoms. There’s nothing anyone can do to change the composition of their team, or convince players who have chosen to queue for bgs rather than questing, even though they have no interest in pvp, to improve their gear or their skillset.
Half the players I see now in lower level bgs have absolutely horrible gear. It’s as though they have gone out of their way to avoid all activities that could give gear. Their presence hurts the chances of the team to win. And so their ilvls continue to get worse in comparison to levelers who have quested or done dungeons.
How does someone in a 69 bracket with ilvl 48 gear expect to help their team win? Answer: they don’t. They’re just in it for the xp.
What they should do is balance premades, so either both teams or neither has a premade in it.

Can’t have that, because it’s unfair, y’know, for people who" just want to play with their friends" face another group of people “just playing with their friends.”
I still remember from years ago the “J’accuse!” thread from one premade group against another, and all the protestations that they would never do such a thing as queue into another premade.
I mean, this is true. However, chances of you getting GY farmed every match, or even 50% or more, aren’t that good unless you are doing something wrong yourself (or have the crappiest luck)
Right? Every expansion the ship is sinking for WoW.

Hi, I leveled from twenty to sixty doing nothing but holiday dungeons and PvP queue. No outside grinding, no instances, no runs for gear, no enchanting. Twinking isn’t the problem, you’re given everything you need to compete without spending a dime. So… yeah, twinking isn’t the probkem, you’re the problem.

Incorrect, you can get heirlooms through darkmoon faire as a free account level 20, just earn tickets.
