They’re associating a particular personality with people that PLAY worgen, not the Worgen themselves; but since they’re associating it because of that fact alone it’s literally racism. It’s associating someone with something in a negative connotation for something akin to the color of the skin, or the shape of their snout.

When what I think he meant was “talking to this one group of posters who all happen to be worgens are like talking to a wall”.

He’s referring to a group of people a particular race, which is indeed racism as he’s lumping them together and identifying them purely on their race. That’s all he sees, their race and not their actions as an individual. It’s the literal definition of racism.

It’s a race. Hence, when you make a character it prompts you to pick your race.
