The advice is to turn off my xp and stop leveling to gain gear for this bracket, and ‘twink’ or completely not partake in PVP until 120.

110, 119s are a different entity to my Twinking atm.
I dont know, I havent played a character in that bracket in forever, the only new characters ive made since like 2010 have been allied races that start at lvl 20. Sorry man :\

Why would I use a boost to skip through most of this games content, exactly? and not partake in any of the PvP leveling up? None of your solutions are fixing any of the problems, basically you’re just saying to ignore it and not partake at all.

I agree completely, the levelling is enjoyable.
If you are a brand new player, then all low level BG’s will be brutal. If you have access to heirlooms and some gold for enchants, it can be made better (but you still generally lose to the twinks).
What can I do, right now, with 3g 90s and nothing else to ‘gear’ my character enough to fight a twink team? As a leveling character, that just queues for BGs periodically. 1 piece of gear from 5 BGs so far, and that’d be some green wrists.
First thing I do is inspect people every bg so yes and considering my main account is honor level 534 I do pvp alot

again I am playing against another Alliance paladin from Grizzly hills server with 148k hps. The highest anything on my team is an 80k hp hunter needless to say we are getting smoked, when the avg is 50-60k on the Horde side

No, and I would never use a boost to skip content. As I said, 3g 90s while leveling what do I get that can compete with a twink? Because so far I have nothing even close. They double my HP most of the time.
4 capped in EOts btw, because enemy team has more twinks.
The fact of the matter is you have no resource to get gear by the time you hit 19 without turning off xp.
So that’s a prot paladin like I said tanks hp is always meant to be high
I have good friends who play on free to play accounts which cap at level 20, with heavy restrictions. They seem to do exceptionally well within these parameters.
Have you looked into the methods World of Warcraft Free to Play characters undertake to become completely viable within instanced PVP?

Also spending months grinding out DMF tickets to get heirlooms and not have access to enchants and etc doesn’t seem to be ‘competing’ with twinks.
Yeah, not 1/3 higher then the nearest other tank. I am going out on a limb and saying you have twinks hence why you hide your profile. Would hate for blizzard to make a twink que and ruin your roflpugstomp fun right.
