The developers do not wish to reintroduce LFR, and the majority of the player base does not want it either.
You think the Ninjaing is bad in RDF’s it will be even worse in LFR. The 3k ping ninjas will run rampant.

Where’s the entire development team saying this? Where’s the majority of players saying this?
If you had seen the interview conducted before the launch of Cataclysm, you would have some insight. Fortunately, you can use Google to look up such information. Additionally, there is an article on Icy Veins that might be helpful.
The interview was with the entire development team?
Where can I visit that provides the majority of players’ views being against LFR?
Some in LFR aren’t there for gear.
Its a checkmark in the box. Some quests giver says be there.
Also “ninjya” gets real grey. the great debate of retail.
Is the need for transmog, a legit need?
2 sides to that. Pick one, lol.
Now me in retail lfr…needed none of its gear. Even in SL PL setup I traded items to the needy. I didn’t need the trinkets I got alot. I liked my pvp trinket set bonus. also it was higher ilevel.
It will likely be here with Dragonsoul being released, just like how RDF came out in Wrath Classic.
There is nothing inherently wrong with LFR, people against it have no argument and no tangible proof of anything they claim negatively about LFR.
LFR becomes part of the progression path for those who want it, it became SO MUCH a part of that path that it was seen as mandatory by those who would mainly do heroic. Which is why it is a staggered release now and has been for a long while.
Yep.
For those going now I have to be there!
Okay…good news you get a few weeks off before “you have to be there!”. LFR comes a few weeks later.
ANd being honest my take here is one should not be hating lfr. Its not LFR’s fault RNG hated a player for 2 weeks of no drops. In heroic and normal in some cases. RNG said screw them 4 times, LFR had nothing to do with it lol.
In retail LFR, if you already possess better items, you cannot select “Need” for loot, which is a positive feature.
Lol you clearly didn’t play in OG cata.
However, if this system is implemented in Classic, it’s likely that guilds will run LFR and need on everything to distribute among their raiders. Additionally, The 3k Ping me no speak English Ninjas WILL NEED on everything simply because the system allows it.
The issues present in the original Cataclysm are some of reasons people DONT want its return, and these concerns are magnified today due to the increased toxicity within the current player base.
So, ignoring the fact that you can’t provide any source(s) to substantiate your claims, the easiest solution to the above problem would be making loot untradeable.
It’s a small RNG protection for regular raiders not part of the actual progression path.
LFR didn’t introduce any new issues, it was just a bad solution to the problems blizzard created when they merged lockouts.
Flex was the better solution but LFR was better than nothing.
I provided sources; you simply chose not to conduct your own research. Icy Veins, YouTube, Google—evidence abounds for those who seek it.
None of these “sources” provide proof of the entire development team not wanting LFR in it, or that the majority of players don’t want it.
Lol 100% of the people are not going to agree on one thing i never said the entire dev team you said that!!!
The interview with the devs said " * Whether LFR makes it into Cata is still being discussed. The door isn’t closed, but they prefer not to."
Hmm… interesting because you did:
Yes because they don’t want to put the effort in.
That doesnt say
I DIDNT SAY ENTIRE!!!
Lol.
… literally encompasses the ENTIRE development team. “Some of the developers…” would only apply to SOME of the team.
English is hard. I get it.
“Because it’s trash and they know it’s trash! Only bad players want that trash, and with them adding H+ dungeons, LFR isn’t really needed.”
Perception is key; you perceived it as encompassing everything entirely, so therefore, in your mind and logic, it was, when in fact, it was not the case. In this instance, I was referring to the developers during the interview.
LOL. Anyone with half a brain and slight understanding of the English language would take that as the meaning. Nice try, though.
