Only thing I kinda disagree with, I think a saddle type of reward would work best (slower rate then mount and have to be over 1800 to fill it) and select the one you want? Cause Like Tox said, would take too long.

What you’re suggesting goes against everything that the competition stands for. The elite sets are one of the “medals” of the season, you don’t see medals from previous tourneys make come backs.

I feel like this would mostly benefit players who are already elite PvPers. It’s an extra reward for them.

You’d see elite PvPers getting 10 old elite sets on 10 alts.

You’re confounding medal with reward though. And there are medals through those achievements, quite literally. Through things like Feats of Strengths and unique titles.

Reintroducing old elite sets in a conscious and healthy manner would totally invigorate the spirit of competition. Make it apply to 2s/3s exlcusively and the middle barrel of pvpers that never really want to improve/willfully push past the 1900/2100 range will flock from RSS to standard arena. It’s the perfect next step reward after weapon enchants. 2200 desparately needs a milestone.

Is middle of the barrel at 2k rating now? I doubt average PvPers will suddenly be able to push past 2100.

This will boost sales for PvP carries.

Median rating in RSS for most specs is around 1600 last I checked

With some outliers, ofc.
