Queueing into the same team back to back at like 2k in 2s several months into the season because the content and gameplay is so enjoyable and popular.
Thereâs always both. They already donât care about the small handful of people with old stuff because itâs too minute of an audience to really benefit from in any meaningful way.
Iâll believe this 100% once I see corrupted ashbringer back in the game. At that point, you know all bets are off.

It was a weird place to draw the line.
All adding the older elites will do is increase participation for a season or two then itâll die again.
We saw an example of this with BfA when gladiator went to 2400 instead of %.
People went and got the achieve then never felt the need to play again.
So grats I guess we devalue old sets for participation for a season or two.

Better off adding rotational elite recolors.
What they pick and choose to bring back is dumb. Likewise to the TCG Andies out there that spent several thousand dollars on mounts if those became twitch drops that would be great.

I mean BFA was a pit of despair that nobody wanted to play, also itâs not like the pre-bfa arena reward structure wasnât without its flaws.
Weâll see. I think it is back in the game and we just havenât cracked the code yet. I bought the plagued grains from the Secrets of Naxxramas thing and the flavor text says it was postmarked for Lightâs Hope chapel. But when you take it to lightâs hope and try to use it, you get an error message.
Not a normal error message either.

1800 for set now is one reward, 2100-2400 wins in 2s/3s for an old set is another.
All bets are off, since this entire patch is called Fractures in Time and is based on people messing up the timelines. Blizzard created a lore-friendly reason to do whatever they want.

After the release of the fel drake and blazing hippogryph itâs only a matter of time.
If people wanted it they should have thought about that before their parents didnât have them early enough to do naxx in vanilla. Or had better internet/PCs as a broke college kid to play on.
I personally vendored a lot of my t3 in tbc because I never saw transmogs becoming a thing lol
Why do you need both?
Adding elite recolors would be a literal win-win.
Youâd get the model with a rating requirement so it feels like you earned it while not stepping on others toes that earned the older elites.

People were up in arms about the account wide thing that happened (iirc) and they still made the change, itâs probably only a matter of time before something like this happens
