Thanks so much for taking our feedback and quickly giving us some much needed buffs. If feels great not being rejected from keys 2 levels lower than I have already timed or being kicked out of keys I already joined because “no monk”.
Blizzard should just delete Brew from the game. It pisses me off. Does this even make sense? When Paladin was weak, Blizzard gave it two reworks. When we’re weak, what do they do? Make us even weaker? But what can you expect from a company that nerfed Brew damage season 4 of Dragonflight because of a screenshot of Equinox hitting 1.1 million in Algeth’ar Academy?

They should give Brewmaster the Shaolin Monk chain whip as an ability or something. That would be cool

This is offensive sir! Brew is amazing. After those buffs its probably OP and that is coming from a Monk player so you know it has to be true. People need to stop spreading misinformation about Brewmaster… its wrong to try and cover up how OP they are because you don’t want a nerf that it clearly deserves.

I think they should give Brewmasters the ability to make food items like mages. There is a pork chop at the bottom of every can of beer.
I think this is the buff that would make them all happy and bring them up to parity with other tanks. Maybe even make them a bit too OP.
Brewmaster is literally the hardest tank to play by far yet it KEEPS being dog every season and when it’s not it’s quickly nerfed.
I remember back in Shadowlands having fun with it for 1 season being the strongest, now the weakest and nerfed again. What a joke.
I leveled one in Classic Timewalking, the issue I had is I kept being 1 tapped and yet my Stagger was never high enough to gain 2-3 stacks of the passive for the shield brew.

I posted this, because we don’t need buffs. After several expansions of monk (all specs) struggling to exist, the problem is “inside the house”. Brew and WW are particularly bad right now, but monk is normally not good.
A buff will last for the rest of a dead season. Better developers would last the rest of the World Soul Saga. They are at least giving us player housing so we have a place to stay while getting denied from keys.

First thing, the MDI is still going on and Blizz rarely does any tuning during the MDI.
Second, I don’t see what’s wrong with Brew.
Sure Shuffle only grants 30% stagger instead of doubling it as its supposed to.
Sure Stagger gets consistently ignored and most of the damage goes straight into my hitpoints.
Sure Celestial Brew barely gives enough absorb to take 2 regular autoattacks.
Sure if I spend 5 minutes building up large amounts of gifts of the ox, expel harm only heals me for 5% of my total health.
Sure many talents are utter garbage.
Sure Blizzard actually nerfed the underperforming talents in Brew’s kit.
But other than that, they’re doing fine. /s

Whats to change? Brew has been in the top spot for a year. Did anyone else play DF S3 and S4 where monk dominated the M+ meta for 6 months straight to the point other tanks almost didn’t get played?
