I think you wanted to write “they aren’t hispanics”.
Praising Brazil and its language, but being against Brazilians playing on global servers is just a beautiful way to disguise xenophobia. That is a mistake, xenophobia.
So donations for virtual wall?
Just remember that back in the day it was pretty much only English speakers here. I can speak Russian and there are lots of Chinese on my server of Illidan. Chat used to look like overlapping ??? ??? ??? ??? every time there was a non English speaker in chat. Now it is fixed.
Only a matter if time before that word entered the conversation.
…man the RPers really have the right idea
The vast majority of Brazilians will block people who speak Portuguese in global chats. Many Brazilians consider this a lack of respect for everyone who speaks English.
As a Brazilian, I can say: I’d rather play with English speakers than on a Latin American server. You don’t know the disagreements between Brazilians and Spanish speakers.
Therefore, I would prefer a server only from Brazilians.
Brazilians will never play together with other Latinos because we do not speak Spanish, however we study English at school and it is not uncommon to find a Brazilian who understands English well. Creating a Latin American server will not work, we would rather play with on American servers.
Xjum, You know, the biggest problem is that all Brazilians are reading this forum now, this forum has already been linked in the group of Brazilians. I think you will have to change your nickname on the server that you are going to play, forget the name Xjum. You can’t imagine how annoying the Brazilian can be.They can simply switch to the server that you will be playing.
Perfect. That is my point.
We’ll follow Xjum, kill Xjum, chase Xjum, camper Xjum and we’ll make Xjum’s life a hell … And talk all damn time … Hue hue BR …
Language barrier could be a problem.
I ran across people who were speaking Portuguese in classic kinda suck I didn’t know what they talking about because they spoke English until I joined their group for sunken temple.
Some Brazilians are planning on playing in herod.
all i smell on OP is racism , get flagged son
WHAT EVER THIS MEANS …
… is why we we need a south american friendly server.
The language you speak does not determine if you’re latin or not. The set up of countries in the Latin Culture are:
- Andorra
- Spain
- France
- Italy
- Monaco
- Moldavia
- Portugal
- Romania
- San Marino
- Vatican
- All former and current colonies of above countries

The cool thing is: not a single Brazilian posted something in the thread when you made this post.
A simply question, don’t get offended, did you voted Trump?
So, as a Brazilian myself, i felt i should give my point of view on this thread. First of all, we should make some things clear before entering the actual subject.
1- Brazil is a Latin country, but it’s people are not spanish
2- We have a much bigger cultural difference with spanish people then we do with Americans because we had a much bigger european influence on our culture (Despite some people thoughts)
3- If you played classic for real, you already played with lots of Brazilians, just didn’t knew it.
4- Brazil is one of the world’s biggest markets in video-game, but we don’t have that many people playing World of Warcraft, the country is going through one of it’s biggest economic crisis and the prices are too expensive for most people.
That said, playing with brazilians won’t be a problem at all, because you’ve already did it lots and lots of times without even noticing it. We don’t have enough people playing the game to make a regional server just for us, that would be too expensive for Blizzard to maintain and they wouldn’t have the return needed.
As someone said before, we already chose what servers to play in, it’s Thalnos for normal players and Bloodsail Buccaneers for Roleplayers. Really wan’t to be xenophobic and avoid us? Just don’t roll those servers.
AND THEN MAKE US BRAZILIANS PAY FOR IT!
But, they are, they are both romance languages and share a common ancestry.
