No, I like to wpvp but I also like getting something for my time. With your logic running raids or dungeons in and of themselves should be the reward and you shouldn’t get anything from it

Actually blizzard has said it’s been a great success in helping faction balance in wpvp. And a better balanced wpvp is better for all.
Do you keep running those things just for the rewards, or are you there because it’s enjoyable and you have fun? If it’s not fun, do you keep doing it?
World PvP doesn’t need incentives, people certainly never needed them to roll on PvP servers, but now suddenly we have to be enticed into it?
People rolled 90:10 faction balance in pvp servers because there was no balancing mechanic in place.
I agree with you Fuhrious Dont try to talk logic to a Horde they only want game to benefit them… So they Cry when things dont go their way.
I mean Horde cant seem to grasp fact all the good guilds and players in Alliance went Horde. They got better racials and just more players in general…
Alliance keeps getting smaller and smaller… We been getting shafted whole expansion as well… Finally we get one moment to shine…

Doesn’t really have to do with what I said. They didn’t get any extra rewards to roll there. We never got a bonus to anything to roll on PvP servers, people did it because they enjoyed the thrill of world PvP.
That would be the kind of dishonourable thing Horde wouldn’t do.
I picked Horde because it suits my personality.
I feel shame when there’s Horde favouritism.

What I’d like to know as far as Warmode working as intended is how often big PKers who do it enough to get a huge bounty ever have their bounties collected. As far as I see, both sides only do that in groups big enough so they know they won’t be collected on.
Part of the reason this is, is that people don’t want to play a goody-two-shoes faction that’s pretty much light and selflessness incarnate. This is something the writers have admitted.

Also I really can’t stand Stormwind. I find it confounding. Orgrimmar is so beautiful, open, and once you have flying it’s super easy to get around in and find everything.

Yeah because there wasn’t you have most pvp servers at like 90:10 faction balance, which is not healthy for wpvp
There’s currently a Blood Elf DK Multiboxer ravaging the Incursion areas.
Before that, 8-10 Horde pretty much controlled the feeding grounds area.
Horde do fight back, this all isn’t as one-sided as some of the whinypants want you to think.

Some of the “PvP talents” need to go back to being baseline or available as regular talents. It sucks not having Death From Above unless you’re in PvP mode. And Guardian mobility would be greatly improved by having Overrun baseline.

The imbalance just proves WPvP is a dead issue. It takes a 30% bonus to motivate players to even participate, and then it just goes one sided.
Blizzard needs to just give it up. Incorporate instanced PvP rewards into WPvP and be done with it.

And that’s where we’re at now, as they keep trying to give us reasons to turn it on. They’re going to be stuck on this seesaw forever because world PvP is balanced in the horde’s favor, there aren’t as many alliance that genuinely enjoy it.
I say make warmode a free for all, everyone is red regardless of faction. No more balance issues.
We’re both. We’re monsters with honour.
That makes for complexity.
You’re basically just good guys, period. This is a big part of the reason your faction is underpopulated.
Actually that’s not where we’re at now because as blizzerd has said the faction imbalance has been cut in half since 8.1 launched. We’re closer than ever to proper faction balance in wpvp
And would you say people are happy with how it is, currently? With the alliance getting all of these extra PvE rewards for turning on PvP?
The people happy with it will leave it on and the people not happy with it won’t. Simple as

Horde Has More guilds and Good players since majority of them left from Alliance to go Horde.

Developer Bias Alliance has suffered nothing but loss after loss Since Varain Died back in Legion. Your leader did not even die he came back as a ghost spirt.

You Guys had Warmode advatange majority of expansion so far and ganked the heck out of us Alliance.

Horde will only contiune to benefit as Developers hate us Alliance players and only love your faction.
Overall you have the benefits to everything in the game far more then we Alliance get and when we get some better gear all you guys do is complain.

It seems to me there is a deeper question here.
Why are the developers trying to push wpvp in the first place?
There were few problems when the server types were separate. Suddenly we all live on PVE servers with the option to turn on pvp, and an incentive to do so, why?
Did they find a pair of rose tented glasses with memories of classic wpvp battles? Won’t these happen naturally when classic is released?
In any case, pvp servers never had incentive, players chose them because they like the play style. That should be the way warmode works, no incentive just a choice to pvp. This is the only chance warmode has, I hope the developers realize that before its too late.
I play both factions so your rant doesn’t mean anything to me.
