Bought character transfers and its not even attempting to work

i bought 6 character transfers because my realm is “locked” and no one is on it. so i want to switch to a high pop realm. the button you click that says “character transfer” once you log in to play the game does not work at all.

Did you buy retail or cata?

there should be free transfers off locked realms, try getting a refund
