I knew about those events, but not the influence it had on the color of the elves eyes. My blood elves are fel tainted!

Honestly, I’ve always been annoyed by the threads being spammed here, but I don’t have anything against the race or the idea. If anything the anti-high elf people have always been the more obnoxious and rude side of the argument. The high elf fans are tenacious but usually nice about it. And after all this time, after feeling like they were deliberately dunked on multiple times by Blizzard, I can imagine why they’re getting tired of all this and annoyed at the company.
Blizzard needed to come out years ago and say “we are not adding high elves as a playable race” straight up, but they’ve left it open and that’s made it worse.

Not sure exactly how much more obvious they need to be then stating multiple times that Blood Elves are High Elves, and directly saying ‘If you want a High Elf, the Horde is waiting for you’ by the main developer
The problem is they did lol… when allie races came out they pretty much confirmed and explained why above. Then people made 400 threads about it and how they can make a whole new model and rig so they dont overlap BE so closely… blizzard literally… and outright… at BLIZZCON said “No”. They took a bunch of tantrums much like this OP’s thread… then 1 more allied race was coming out… eveyrone got their hopes up… it was mechagnomes… 400 more angry threads…
Is it really “getting dunked on” if they say no 40 times and people still just cry because they stick to their guns… if this stuff stopped on the first no… they would have had to re-iterate it multiplte times… its not like they have led people on with this topic.
I mean, I spelled it out in my post. No need to ask. “We are not making playable high elves, it’s off the table.” They’ve been purposely ambiguous about it just in case ‘one day’ they choose to make the race playable.

The blue eyes were data minded my friend and it’s pretty much already been confirmed that they could be death knight eyes without the special effect added to them because like I said they were data minded?
Jumping the gun without knowing anything official is just incredibly stupid. I mean it would be one thing if it was screenshots from alpha but it wasn’t even that it was Data minded resources resources. As I said those blue eyes could be the base resources for the death knight eyes
