Yes please Blizzard. Just let us talk to GMs on a case-by-case basis to get this sorted out… It’s very clear what’s needed to confirm eligibility.

They’re never going to take on a course of action that requires more GM interaction. Customer Support is a cost center. They’re not going to do anything to increase their support costs.
If they solve it, they’ll do something pretty much automatic, like they did for vanilla Honor Rank armor.
