I don’t need to, you’re the one claiming they make up most of the high elves in Dalaran. If you’re going to make a claim like that, you better have proof.
Correction, the Blood Elves hate Jaina, not the Silver Convenant. They literally deliberately call her out for the purge, not the Silver Convenant. But nice job trying to twist the facts once again.
And if I misinterpreted it, tell why it was important enough for Theron to quote verbatim in the most recent patch? Stressing on the importance of letting go? Maybe because that was the entire point of the damn scene.
And yet most of those are seen having peaceful relations with Blood elves at one point or another. Like Vareesa and the Silver Covenant joining Halduron in fighting the amani. The leader of the Allerian Stronghold literally residing in Quel’danil lodge with other High elves. All any of this does is support my argument more and more, but yeah have fun! I’m gonna go play my high elf for a bit c;
And they’re the ones who did not put playable High Elves with identical skins to the Blood Elves, into the game and instead gave the Alliance a Void Variant of them.
So, if you’re going to go down the “the devs know best” route then please accept that they knew best when they did not give you the playable High Elf you wanted.
You really do not grasp the point of these encounters do you? Clearly that Sunreaver was acting on his own since it was Theron himself who orders you to save Baine in the first place. He does not reflect the opinion of all the Blood elves since you, as a player and potentially a blood elf are forced to fight and subdue him yourself. Just as the blood thirsty SC doesn’t reflect all the high elves, one crazy Sunreaver doesn’t reflect all of the Blood Elves. But nice reach once again. It was Theron that was standing with the Sunreavers when Zhu quells the feud between them, and it was also the reason why they had Theron repeat what zhu said afterward. If your only evidence is that, you’re gonna have to try harder.
He does this all the time. One moment he’s all about how the devs don’t know what they’re talking about, and how they’re constantly changing their minds, and then the moment something happens that might slightly appeal to his bias he flips and says stuff like this. It’s why you really can’t have an intelligent conversation with him because he’ll either flat out lie about events in-game by twisting the story, or just ignore them altogether.
Oh &^ Off, the developers often forget their own lore more times than i can count.
It’s amazing that they forgot the Kul Tirans had paladins during Warcraft 3, Zandalari had every class but demon hunter lore wise for being the first major empire and had a title for warlock called Demoniacs. They’ve even completely forgot that Eredars were demons before Sergaras became all demonic and had to do a massive retcon to fix it when they introduced draenei and realized how badly they messed up. They even had the Redshirt guy constantly remind them of their holes almost yearly.
Oh and the one I hated most was their reset of Garrosh’s character where they constantly put it all over the place, like in Stone Talon he was still hot blooded but learned patience and honor from Saurfang during his Northern Campaign and spared you, the player and gave you a chance for redemption by heading out to desolace where help was needed. Then suddenly he just became a xenophobic tyrant that would forsake honor,
I was talking more about the established story for the characters as opposed to that person’s headcanon of everything being sunshine and daisies for the High Elves and Blood Elves.
So yeah, they do have a lot of mistakes and sometimes they say things that are flat out wrong.
But it’s better to base your request off of the established story instead of one’s own headcanon.
Because there was no high elf thread to bash, it seems.
High elves have become the forum bogeyman, hunted down by some very obsessive and borderline paranoid players. You should seek help, really, it’s not healthy.
The irony in this considering you literally do twist your own headcanon with almost every post you make revolving the two. Like I’ve said a number of times, my argument has never been that all the Blood Elves and High elves get along, only that there has been many occasions of it between the two groups.
You’re the one that twists facts completely to suit your agenda. Like lying about the quest givers that attack Quel’danil lodge and saying they were blood elves when theyre undead, or about the guards “watching” the high elves. It’s clear that very little of what you say is actually true, and you spend more time twisting the lore than saying anything of use.
You are. Those high elves who were attacked at Quel’thalas are the ones who left the Alliance after Warcraft 2. But a great deal of them decided not to leave the Alliance and never did become blood elves. As such, they have appeared in every expansion since BC, fighting for the Alliance. Those, my friend, are the elves that people like me wish to play as.
No. Don’t play that crap, this thread was not started by anyone opposed to High Elves as playable characters. The responses soon turned this into a High Elf thread instead of the Blood Elf answers the OP was looking for, and the usual chaos ensued.
even though darkhan drathir was the reason quelthalas was invaded as the cowardly high elves hid behind their barrier hoping the scourge would just annihilate everything around them…
green eyes, gold eyes, blue eyes they are all scum that need culling as far as I’m concerned. Only purple elves shall be allowed to live on this planet.
