It was the same when people wanted 2h Frost back she argued and argued against it over and over again but hey guess what we got 2h back. She seems to have the attitude of I donât want it you cant have it.

I think this would be a cool idea. It would allow people to rp DK as banshees like the example the OP gave. That can even be the in lore excuse for it, that it is just banshee DKs or at least banshees trained as DKs. Itâs just one of those small things that help people feel connected to their characters. And if you donât like it then donât make your DKâs eyes red.

Lore is fluid. And Im not talking about just retcons either. Lore is a living and ever changing thing.
Maybe with the introduction of more eye colors Blizzard also introduces a reason why. I mean theyâre allowed to do that, I mean if its okay with you?
Maybe, not only the fact that the helms magic has been broken but that Arthasâs last spark is gone simply changed the way things worked.
Maybe it was the Jailors magic all along(via several proxies) that allowed Death Knight to be created. Now that the Jailor is defeated maybe things work different with DKâs?
Theres all kinds of reasons why things could change.
I mean, I understand having an appreciation for the lore but it sounds like you have a tremendous ego problem and are arguing just to argue.
Nobody has to prove anything to you. Blizzard could just do it, because itâs cool.

Alright, so where is the lore at? It still doesnt exist, but there is lore saying that DKâs have blue eyes for a reason, the reason being domination magic, and before that it was a certain way we were raised to undeath basically being LK 0.5 where the LK was version 1.0
They already wrote themselves into a corner with DKâs having blue eyes. Are they going to retcon death knights yet again? Just for you? Do you see why I say you guys dont actually like the Death Knight with all the changes that you want to do to it?

I already talked about Lady Alistra, several times. What about her? It doesnt actually say shes a death knight, just a trainer, the unholy trainer, which banshees do very well with necromantic magics because they have to renounce their original magic, mainly druidic magic, and accept necromantic magic to get their bodies back. So shes probably just a banshee in plate armor⊠wooow.

Not just her but I would like to point out that Arthas originally had purple eyes back in WC3
And the original four horsemen either had no eye glow or a green glow as seen art pieces from Blizzard
And finally the Wowipedia article for DKs states âMost death knights resemble their living selves, though pale and with an unholy light that illuminates their eyes. Others may lack the eye illumination and have tattoos decorating their faces.â (From the Biology section)
So the eye color of DKs have changed before and doesnât even have to be there. Just food for thought.

The truth is we LOVE this roller coaster, in fact, we ride this roller coaster all day and all night.We just collectively are discussing the potential for some different decals on the coaster or a different hue of paint for the tracks.
The funny thing is, you dont even ride the roller coaster yourself, you just stand at the cart entrance and heckle everyone that is doing the riding.
I literally just came up with not one but two reasons as to why DKs eyes âmightâ could change in the post that youre now quoting from.
