Its more the interest in than the full blown use honestly. Farstriders are mostly a defense force but they also help in the nurture of the land and its animals. They help to keep the balance of the lands of Quel’Thalas which is right up the alley of druids.
I think it would make a great deal of sense for the Farstriders to induct a new order of Druids, that uses both nature and arcane ala the Botanists concepts, to bring druids into their group. A similar interest in the magic of Shaman would be likely as well as both classes focus on balance of the natural elements around them to protect, serve and heal.
Couple that with the Blood Knights helping to heal the dead scar and I can easily see those groups coming together to finally fix the Dead Scar and save their people from the onslaught of continual undead.
Should be noted that this has effectively been written out and as far as I can tell its origin lies in some very minor mentions and the Table Top RPG which was decanonized.
That said I would love it if they brought it back with that sort of story. Using it to revitalize the forests, heal the Dead Scar, and reinforce the Guardian Stones.
It would be an amazing way to tie those old lore points together and bring them back into the fold.
It was last mentioned in legion in the hunter artifact stories book thingy. So it’s canon at the moment.
An artifact solve from cata also mentions a dwarf making a shield using the wood from a sacred helf tree, which is presumably Thas’alah as it’s the only sacred thalassian tree we know of.

I need more braids and I want some freckle options, plus scars and tattoos and ear armor! A nice strawberry blonde hair color would also be much appreciated.
The fact that belves got only two jewelry colors and no optional hair pieces is really frustrating to me. I feel like the effort put in for belves was very minimal.

What i REALLY want though is a new updated hawkstrider like the pvp one. Its such a waste of an amazing model to have for pvp which i highly consider trash. Give us one where we dont need to farm the games worst content please!
