I mean there is a blue post about the exact, bug I am having, and it tells you to contact support if you have this issue. People with the same issue have had it resolved doing so.

I had a bug earlier in Shadowlands that made one of my characters completely unplayable. Took me close to a week to get the issue reset.
We pay close to $15 a month, we should receive adequate support.

As with literally every CS job, CS will make recommendations if a workaround exists, but they do not fix bugs.
As with every CS job, if there is a trend in specific bugs reports (Auth servers down would cause a spike in a certain type of ticket) they can escalate an issue.

Okay. Were you clear and concise on what you needed fixed? If you posted several paragraphs, itâs gonna confuse the issue. Edit your ticket, to explain what you want in just a couple of sentences. Donât go overboard.
My ticket is 3 sentences long it states my character name my issue and what I need fixed.

Man marla you donât readâŚI submitted a ticket as well as a bug report. These are two different things. You are supposed to make a ticket if you have this issue. Which I did.

You are gonna have to wait, donât keep submitting tickets on the same issue, it just resets the queue. You just need one and have a little patience.
and what do you think they are going to do with your ticket? send it off to be fixed or did you expect them to respond â we sent it off to be fixedâ.
Marla. I donât know if you have played this game long enough to send in a ticket for a similar issue. They fix your issue reset your UI place you in oribos and then send a response that says they fixed your issue. Stop just inputting useless information.
Then why are you here on the forums? Sounds like you are going out of your way to circumvent the system by making a forum post about it, which is against the rules btw.
Having a discussion about an issue with the current support system in general discussion is not against the rules. And replying to people asking about the situation and explaining it further is not either.
I have been playing far longer than you and guess what I have never had this issue but I can read.
My experience have also been largely negative.
More than 10 exchanges with CS reps (never the same one twice) that were telling me in the nicest way possible my transfers were not working because of user error.
Come to the CS forums and some player points out that itâs a âknown issueâ, and had been for almost a week.
Why didnât the CS team know it was a known issue? Why did they keep telling me it was my fault?
Honestly OP with bugs and such your better off in the CS forums. The players there seem to know more about whatâs wrong and what the work around are than the in game ticket guys.

the GMs, and QA donât frequent the discussion forums for reports or complaints. QA only pulls info from the Bug Reports forums and ingame reports. GMs only respond to tickets.
