EDIT: Bug still not fixed, what a joke blizzard 
So I recently changed my covenant from Kyrian to Venthyr and did the intro quest. I am now at renown 3 so I can technically soulbind with Nadjia, but somehow I can’t have access to the conduit thing & the first ‘‘Sinfall’’ quest is not complete. My torghast quest is done and now I can do the third quest, but not the first one? And I just want to have my soulbind so my covenant is not that ‘‘useless’’…

samethings for me!! happen this morning , kyrian to venthyr but stuck on a calling in service. no soulbind

I am having the same problem. I switched from Necrolord to Venthyr, and I cannot do anything either. Most notably, I cannot use my soulbinds. My log says “Complete the Quest ‘A Calling in Service’ to continue the campaign.”
I have tried talking to every npc in Sinfall, visited Oribos, and the Maw. I have tried world quests and running dungeons to gain renown. Nothing seems to work.
did you guys try to reswitch covenant for a test ?
I should add I advanced my renown to unlock the next chapter in the campaign. I can see the ! on my map, but when I go to that spot, nobody is there and I cannot accept the quest. Per Wowhead, Prince Renathal is the quest giver, and he has not moved from the bottom level. It appears he is bugged.

Shakam, this is the first time I have changed covenants on this toon. I do not want to switch again because then I have to go through all the BS to prove myself that is required when I switch back.
lol same . i was hoping someone else do it before i try ahah. I think I’m gonna wait until tomorrow reset
Pretty sure Renathal is the bug. I never received my tour of Sinfall, nor did I have the option to decline it.

Same thing happened to me. I opened a ticket yesterday and still only automatic responses. They know about the existence of this issue and basically dont give a f***.

so the reset this morning didnt help the cause ?
same here switched from night fae to venthyr and now im stuck on trying to pick up the quest a common ground but renathal is nowhere to be found, cant use soul binds and no callings to do…
Litteraly the same thing happened to me, Prince Renethal isn’t even here!
I have tried deleting all of my quests in my log, clearing my cache, disabling all addons, and restoring all default settings. I even ran a layer of Twisting Corridors hoping that might unlock the next quest. The only thing I can think of I that haven’t tried is uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.
So , do we hope for a fix on tuesday?

I just did an upgrade with my sanctum and after that you need to talk with the prince but he’s not there .
i’m also having the exact same problem. my campaign log says sinfall was never completed but i have completed everything i can right now and am renown 8…no soulbind …so frustrating!

Blizzard is aware of this issue and it seems anyone affected needs to contact customer support to address it in the meantime.
Same issue. Originally stated the rogue through the main story line, but changed to Threads of Fate and selected Venthyr. Currently renown 13, but no access to the soulbind. Many posts here are from March. FFS is Blizzard planning on fixing this at some point?
Has there been a fix for this? I am having the same issue. what should i do?
