Blizzard's support system is terrible

But usually it devolves into a flame war, that is never productive. I do admit the title of the thread is kind of inflammatory. Personally, I would have reworded it

Your right. That is not against the rules. But I see how you purposefully misquoted what I said just to make it seem okay.

Posting on the forums in an attempt to circumvent a ticket is against the rules. That is what I said. I never said anything about you posing a CS issue on the forums as being against the rules. And…if you just stated you thought this is a CS issue, then why aren’t you posting this in the CS forums?

Man that’s not my intention at all. And this is the first forum post I have ever made so I didn’t even know what topic to put this under so I put it under general discussion. But if you want to be aggro like that and have accusations about random crap then okay.

Tons of bugs in the game still after years. Not just old content either - store transmogs are still a problem (which is why my Yeti avatar changed yet again).

This is true. They can and have reset characters that were stuck. They can also force quests to pop. They did it for me when I was stuck on Loremaster.

Bug report section won’t reply, but customer support will. It might just be taking longer than usual. I don’t remember how long it took for me.
