Unless people are complaining about this as a tank/healer, that solution won’t work either…There’s only room in a group for max of 3 dps in a 5man. 
Everyone whose complaining about Loot should go play Diablo, it’s fill their need to get gear every 2 seconds.

Yes, there have been tanks and healers both complaining. Honestly, someone should start a thread to exchange btags.
Granted it’s more often DPS but there definitely have been tanks/healers “I am not the meta tank/healer so no one invites me.”
This is my only problem with the system. I’m ok with less loot, but the randomization seems to be really chaotic and a little off in this xpac. I ran four mythics two days ago. I received three drops, three others received at least one drop, and the last person received nothing from all four runs.
RNG is RNG.
BFA was underwhelming the moment it was announced at Blizzcon and Shadowlands was better than BFA the second it came out.
Ya because doing dungeons over and over till your hands fall off and seeing nothing = good

If you work hard you get rewarded, if you work hard in WOW you might never get rewarded.
Also OP is a classic player, they play the simplest of the game with no mechanics required
I used to be in one of the top horde raid guilds on the old Archimonde server. Raiding was hard work. I remember us beating our heads against Razorgore in blackwing layer for 10 hours a week over eight weeks before we downed him. Back before strategies were easily accessible. We were one of the first horde guilds on the server to finish the raid. Its hard work because it requires stupid amounts of time, effort, and coordination. At some point you have to move on from that because it becomes a second job, and that tends to become a problem as real life priorities change and you get older.
Some people work hard their whole life to end up broke or dead, nothing is guaranteed is my point. That’s exactly the same RNG in WoW.

Kids need to relax and learn to enjoy the journey. If a piece of loot doesnt drop on your first run so what.
It will drop eventually, and in the mean time you have another goal to work for.
Stop, smell the roses and stop kidding yourself about being in some mythic world first guild that requires ilvl 200 in the first week.

the M+ loot change is the worst thing ever put into this game
basically M+ saved this game from being a dumpster fire of elitest raider scumbags and their crying about wanting to be special snowflakes has now ruined the only thing that made worst decent in a decade…

The game would have already been dead. I don’t mean to be rude, but how’d you manage not to notice for years that some people geared faster than others even if they spent the same time?
The loot situation isn’t fine and it will change. Just wait and see.
