So 1-2 player’s time is just not valuable and shouldn’t be rewarded? If you helped clear the dungeon, you should get something out of it.
For a 4 boss dungeon, 1 drop from each boss and two from the final boss would guarantee everyone got something (as long as no one’s able to get duplicates)
For a 3 boss dungeon, you just make the last 2 drop two pieces.
One drop per dungeon isn’t asking for BiS gear to rain from the sky. It’s just wanting to get something for your time.
RNG isn’t working towards anything. It’s getting nothing most of the time, and getting something only some of the time, completely independent from the work you do.
You could get all your BiS pieces in a few runs. You could get nothing ever despite running hundreds of times.
At no point is the amount of work you do ever taken into account.
Yet a badge system which you are against is also working towards gear, you set a goal of how many badges you need to farm, go farm and work towards that goal.
I’m not asking for BiS just some way I can work towards upgrades without being at the mercy of the RNG gods.
If I got an item I wanted and it didn’t titanforge that never bothered me. Titanforgiving was an added bonus. Now it just feels unrealistic to target gear.
This I agree with… I miss gear with multiple sockets, including engineering exclusive sockets and meta gem sockets. That and belt buckles to add a socket to a belt, and leg armor…
If Blizzard added a gear enchant/socket system like they had during MoP, it would help to make many professions relevant again (jewelcrafting, tailoring, leatherworking, blacksmithing, engineering).
Except the system you are rabidly defending by definition does not give a tuaren’s flaming cow patty about work.
If you wanted to work for your gear then you would want the work you put in to result in getting gear out, and that not happening is exactly the thing people are complaining about while you insist they’re just entitled.
there is something wrong with loot, it takes up bag space. please give tailors the ability to craft larger bags. about as many extra slots it would take to hold all the new legos. or put the legos in a tab we can pull from once we unlock them, like the heirlooms.
