This is why I’ve stayed on the non-hype train and refused to board. I won’t make a final decision until after about a week or more after release. Then I will decide if I’m even going to purchase it.
They have burned every conceivable piece of good faith I have ever had with them, and they have done absolutely zero to earn it back. With their track record how can I not.

Then what is the issue here? I don’t see anywhere that says they took soar out of old world content only that they nerfed it’s speed.

pretty sure it does. every full moon on my mage when someone asks for a port to dal I stack up the crater and dal ports together and let the diceroll to see if they die or not.

Yep! I was on the train, but still haven’t purchased it. Was really liking what I was seeing, but if they can’t understand why this is a bad move then idk.
Embracing Soar/Dragon Riding for the old world shouldn’t take an entire expansion for them to fix.

Its not overpowered, it has a 5min cooldown. It also cannot be used in combat and does not contribute to PVP or any form of escape or any real combat. Its literally JUST fly A to B gliding.
