Blizzard took a wow token back after purchase, kept the money, told me to try again, then suspended my account

I’m not sure how many of our advanced GMs are on shift tonight, Castingbeard - it is Sunday. That queue, however, isn’t all that long. You should hear something in the next few hours.

Fair enough. I appreciate the help.

I mean, they literally said they couldn’t tell if that was the issue, and to try not using GFN:

Yeah, my whole post is basically me spitballing what common issues I could think of. Like I said your case is very unusual.

Thankfully your tickets are in a fast queue and you should at least hear something today. Hope it all gets fixed up for you.

Did you mean to reply to OP?

This can also happen from any VPN OR Windows defender. I’ve had this exact same issue and it turned out to be my VPN. Once I disabled the VPN, it worked fine.

Maybe this is the problem for you? If you have VPN try disabling it first; and/or, disable Windows defender.

Maybe so other people can understand what they can expect if they find themselves in this situation?

What really doesn’t make sense is your comment on his forum post. Maybe you just didn’t think it through I guess, hopefully not intentionally inflammatory…

You’re late to the party, this was originally in GD.

Perhaps you missed the first blue response?

Do you know what processing means? Exactly that…processing, the charge hasn’t been finalized and approved . Start raising hell if it actually posts to your account, and dispute the charges with your bank. This is coming from a person with 10 years of experience working in a bank.
