being forced to interact with the npc isnt exactly forcing you on a transgender questline. its not like you’re sent to take the npc to a sexual reassignment surgery.

neat, but a shame they had to be dead first to swap genders. guess the appearance-change was too expensive for them in life.

Born into a male body, identified as female, and in death manifested as a female spirit… that makes perfect sense to me. Or the other way around in this NPCs case.

That’s not really trans though, it’s a total conversion as if one sex never existed. It’s the equivalent of waving a magic wand and going from female to male. The person on the other side isn’t trans, they are male lol.
I heard stranglethorn vale is a good vacation spot this time of year, you should try it.

Incorrect, there was no transition, it was instantaneous. Trans indicates that biologically, they would still be female when that isn’t the case.

They’re not forcing you to accept them or convert in order to progress.
