If you respect them then you wouldn’t have an issue with the representation. The fact you are having a negative reaction to the inclusion shows you outright do not respect them.
You’re basically saying “I respect them, but I wish they didn’t exist so I don’t have to interact with them.” how messed up is that? Think you need to check yourself and your priorities.

And like I said I will avoid it. It can be in the game but it shouldn’t be forced for someone to do. If LGBT people want representation then the worst thing is forcing a questline to do for “straight” people. While the same logic occurs for straight questlines for LGBT people.

As long as the character is actually, you know, a character, as opposed to a walking embodiment of Trans Rights disguised as a character, I’m fine with it.
If their entire personality and shtick ends up being “I’m Trans!” then I will have a problem with it. He’s a major story character, apparently, not a posterboard.
