Eh, I guess I could see something like that, but then that would imply that Azeroth is mostly transphobic and that sucks… Maybe, I’m just overthinking it.

its not the minority. i am not trans or gay, yet like seeing mixed representation in game. it’s more realistic. and more interesting.

I’m from and live in a Hispanic country and i find what blizzard is doing distasteful. Why can’t americans keep their nonsense to themselves and not imperialistically shove it to everyone, even on games?
I just wanna play Video games in peace not be lectured on foreign nonsense, even worse when the foreigners try to shut me up for not thinking like them, which by the way, THAT is the definition of Discrimination, that is xenophobia.
‘‘Youre with us, or against us! give up your cultural norms!’’ mentality needs to stop. I’m tired of this discrimination.
For a company that claims to be '‘global’ they sure do a bad job at selling non-americans what they actually want, in fact, they sell them the opposite of what they want. I think by global, they actually mean ‘‘American Imperialism’’.

It’s not forcing, but why does someone have to like it?
It sounds like they made the character first and foremost, then added more to their backstory and character details and such. That is totally fine and how characters in a work of fiction should be handled.
I’m guessing since so many people are so sensitive lately they felt to need to explain their intent.
Either way, it’s a non issue. Or at least it should be. Taliesen and Evitel are gonna have another field day with this one if this thread and their last vid is any indication.
I personally can’t wait for one or both of them to tell folks off again.

I just searched transgender population %. I got .6%
Not the same number but close enough. Microscopic amount. gays are about 5% although i do not have a exact number of that.

Being trans isn’t only a USA thing, ya know? My best friend for awhile was a trans woman from Paraguay, and I’m a Mexican trans guy
