Someone else has been there just like me and I love how you already know exactly how it is. I think the worst part about it was spending $30 a month on a dating sub and never getting 1 single date in an entire year all while getting strung along by paid actors who pretend to take interest in you to keep you subbed. You nailed this exactly.

Can’t you just go to actual dating sites and filter people who have the same interests in gaming that you do?

I’m pretty sure that’s a thing you can do.

Starting up a brand new platform from scratch with a hyper-limited participant pool seems to be a great way to kneecap yourself at the starting line.

  • You’d only be allowed to send 5 messages until the next dating patch.

  • You’d have to hit a button for random Matches every week.

They’d find a way to time gate and rng it as well.

I always laugh when they complain of a glitch and say, “WoW isn’t glitchy”, then I get stuck in a wall and have to hearth out.

Idk, I don’t really view male gamers in general like that. I feel like that’s what’s left of the 90`s gamer clichĂ©s - doesn’t mean there aren’t guys who embrace those clichĂ©s with all their heart and make them stay a reality but in my experience gamer dudes are just

One thing that’s actually attractive (sometimes more on the cute/adorable side) about gamers is how passionate they are about their games. Don’t underestimate how attractive it is when guys actually show emotions - even if it’s about games.

I mean, come on, how effing adorable is it when a grown man camps deepholm for an animated dragon every day or something
