Blizzard found a new way to fail with customer support

I’m legit having a great day honestly so idk where that came from. Sounds like failed projection.

Annoyance at people perpetuating falsehoods from Reddit is more the motivator to be honest.

Nothing I said was a lie, everything you said was based off your own anger at a company you still give money to.

Ticket times are slow as heck. AI would give out responses much faster and have more grammatical errors.

Have a name that includes a word that taken alone is a naming violation? take for example XxAssassinxX as a hypothetical name, that would likely be flagged as inappropriate. same with names that clearly violate the ToS, say you have a Jbiden or a Dtrump name. Those are against the naming convention rules and AI would snipe those left and right. Where what we have now is player based reports.

Plus, if it was AI generated, the response would take seconds, every time, not hours or days.

Pretty amusing coming from someone that tried to project that on others already.

That’s literally what you’re doing, not me!

Actually provably is, especially from my own experiences.

Yeah sounds like you just wanted an excuse to increase your tanned hide intake.

Unless programmed not to, like behavior warnings which randomly go off at a later time. Also, plenty of tickets have every poor grammar and responses nothing to do with the issue at hand. Even their warnings are often non-sensical.

Does, if enough reports are garnered. Even LFG ad posts have been provably getting automated actioned and later reversed, because of the automation.

Let me know when you can prove any of the things you’ve said! (Which you can’t) You’ll have to let me know in the year 3024 though!

Which could never in anyway be colored by your obvious internal biases, nah couldn’t be.

Everything else you wrote is still incorrect or just again dismissive.

Edit: sorry, I forgot to call out your projection as well. Almost missed it in your dismissive and biased responses.

This thread will surely attract all the blizzard defendo bots or those things in the salad.

Best buy is worse.

If you search with Google like a normal person, Blizzard is the most hated company, which is earned:

If you search with Microsoft Bing, who owns Blizzard, and whose only direct competition is Sony, it says Sony is the most hated, followed by Ubisoft (earned), and Capcom who often squabbles with Microsoft over releases, titles and royalties and thusly has fantastic deals with Sony, and obviously is not a hated video game company.
No mention of Blizzard, which is obviously bs.

Briselody knows this, they’re just an average bsing forum troll pretender.

At what point are you going to realize that the only thing you use the forum for is to cheerlead any negativity?

Surely there’s something more fulfilling for you to do.

Learn to accept the lower standards of customer service and development quality. You will be happier in the long run,.

If the players aren’t happy then Blizzard needs to know.

Making it just a me problem disregards the negative sentiment elsewhere.

Sure.

That’s what threads like this are for.

However, you as an individual are, in theory, more nuanced than a yes-man.

  1. We have an item restoration feature that’s automatic; we can do it ourselves without contacting support.
  2. If they responded that they checked, there’s a 90% chance they actually did check, and you’re lying to us.

However, I was literally banned from the Russian-speaking forum in the European region just for being Ukrainian. I’ll never believe that they gave me a thousand-year ban simply for discussing why piracy is popular in the post-Soviet space. They banned me because I said that Russians have no right to complain about Blizzard leaving their market since Blizzard left because Russians are destroying my people. That’s why I switched to the American region.

I hope I’ll be granted amnesty on the Russian-speaking World of Warcraft forum someday. The chauvinists in the Russian-speaking moderation team in the European region scare me. I’ve submitted appeals for an unban seven times, and sometimes I even asked for the ban to be reduced to just one year.

So I can’t defend Blizzard support when the Russian-speaking support team in the European region behaves this way.

I got EA when I searched (activision was 3rd)

My last ticket I created, I got a reply about a completely different Blizzard game… one I don’t even play. When I hit that I still have a problem, tried to explain that they made a mistake, they replied saying that they already answered me and threatened “sanction” if I opened another ticket but at the end of the response, saying “If you still have issues, please open another ticket”.

I can’t even…

I searched and I got Blizzard. I read some posts talking about how EA used to be but Blizzard passed them substantially.

Flattery will you get you nowhere I’m afraid.

You’ll have to try harder.

Ard.

Not only is what I said not flattery, what in the world would you think I’m trying to flatter you for? I am accusing you of being a one-note adversarial NPC. If the analogy doesn’t work, I’ll be straightforward.

Why is it the only time I see you post it’s to side with negativity in an argument? Exclusively.

I don’t disagree that Blizzard has changed a lot over the years due to mergers, acquisitions, and other things, but the company will not fold anytime soon. People have been claiming WoW is dead for 15+ years, but it’s still here and likely will be for a number of years to come.

Straight questions are never met with straight responses in Ard’s case. You know this, or should by now.
