I got a refund and they tried to decline it but I chewed them out and they changed their mind. Also, ISP will lie to you and say it’s nothing on their side - when there is.

Clearly this isn’t McDonald’s fault. You need to contact Blizzard customer service and request a refund from them. Their game is addictive and they should issue a refund if your food gets cold.

Lol have you actually read Australian consumer law?
You would be eligible for a refund of the portion of the service not yet consumed which isnt the boost as sorry you used that, it isnt the hearth stone or mount (if you redeemed either from the inn).
So it would be a partial sub refund at best, note that wow is considered a service not a good as there is no physical product or unfettered title.
