I can see how it makes people upset that they have to deal with the consequences of their actions. However, I also understand that having to deal with said consequences is an important aspect of growth. You said yourself, you learned a valuable lesson from this.

Isn’t harassment against the TOS
You should send blizzard the names of the creators of this “blacklist”
Blizzard will ban them for breaking tos
Honestly, the Playerbase ultimately decides, for better or for worse, what they are comfortable within the confines if the ToS/Community Standards. Its also worth mentioning that every server has a player maintained judicial system. If you feel its corrupt and you are withiut hope of redemption in the eyes of your peers, then change your characters name, or continue to appeal. The system itself spreads awareness for a lot of bad actors, and ultimately does more good than bad.
No system is perfect, you do have a workaround, if thats not what you are going to do, then suffer well.
It’s not harassment to be on a blacklist as it is not trying to actively demean you, they’re just not wanting to play with you.
The Faerlina PD is actively out to try and stop me from doing gdkps and every time I have an opinion against theirs in regards to how the blacklist is being handled. They jump in the post to defend it. It’s okay Faerlina PD. You win. You won’t ever have to see me again because I already put in my transfer and I’m on my way to benediction to join in on their nice gdkps. I’m sure the Benediction community will welcome me with open arm. No more worrying about a year old accusation over taking what I rightfully SR’d in ZA and leaving. I’m free at last!
I’ve tried to appeal it numerous times. I’ve complied with the mods, but they refused to take me off the list. So I made the move and now I don’t have to deal with it anymore unless they somehow find my new name and try to add me to a different blacklist over a ZA Bear.
I’m not going to lie , the majority of your posts in this thread seem like troll posts , probably exactly what you would post on your realms trying to get into arguments with people and just denying anything anyone says even with a rational counter argument.
The facts are
you are mad about being on a blacklist on your server which means you have no one to troll , do content with , progress and ninja loot from.
you have displayed behavior in the past in a different realm that has warranted Blizzard to silence your account for a year and a half total over who knows the life of the account.
and you seem to be trying to explain to people that its a massive conspiracy against you who didn’t do anything worth being punished this way
and now it seems you are now using the forums as a way to get your daily trolling done so you can " LOL SO MAD " people.
I mean either that or you really don’t see what you did wrong and seem to continue to do wrong.
I can only imagine what kind of toxic behavior you display in game that has warranted a year and a half worth of silences and a server community blacklist.

How I got a year long silence :
I use to camp streamers and streamer’s targeted audience would mass report me.
Then I use to spam my mixtape in lookingForGroup, but since I’ve now blown up in the rap community and I got a decent following. There’s no need for that anymore.
And you already know the story about how I got blacklisted.
Now I’m on Benediction, so now I can do gdkps in peace without it triggering anyone’s addons. Hello Benediction. I’ve come to spend a lot of gold in your gdkps.
Don’t worry brother. I don’t make the same mistake twice. I don’t waste my time with SR raids because I can’t leave when I want to. I strictly run gdkps. That’s it.
It is harassment when you design an addon that blasts information that may not even be true about specific players to every group the player with the addon joins.
All those who use the “classic blacklist” addon should have their accounts banned
They harass other people with an addon that’s against tos
It only warns people when you’re in the same group, then it’s your choice to do what you want to do with that information. If you believe that information is false do not use the addon or trust people that use the addon.
The addon breaks blizzard tos
If you look into the history of the addon it has been shut down 2 or 3 times for this reason
Just need a blizzard employee to do the right thing
No one should be putting other people who play a video game on any type of list

It doesn’t target a realm or a specific population, it doesn’t demean players. It’s not harassment. We have a blacklist ingame, a blacklist addon is fair game.
Designing an addon to harass other people via links to websites outside the game (discord) is absolutely against the tos

The thing is this is not harassment, harassment is very specific and this is not included in it.
No one is actively harassing you by putting you on a blacklist. They just decide not to play with you.
And you have the right to refuse people to be in your groups for any reasons.

Getting refused for a job is not harassment, or toxic xd
Getting denied for a group is not harassment.
If you are talking about your ignore list that is very different than a public ignore list. People can put people on a public ignore list for whatever reason they want. And then even more people can take those names and harass said people on the list because “if they are on a blacklist, they have to be horrible people, right? I can’t be the bad guy for beating up on the person from the list.”
I find public blacklisting to just be dumb. It is just a public form of shaming. If they didn’t want to play with you, they would just ignore you. Public blacklisting is just a way of “Oh I really didn’t like you, so I am going to make sure everyone doesn’t like you. Hahahah!”
People that use those blacklist trust the blacklist addon. They do not care who you are, so it could never be harassment.
You’re free to not trust a blacklist addon and people are free to trust it.
So you are saying if I picked a random person and put them on the blacklist addon they would blindly trust to never group with them? Cool.
