Despite the name and the fact we are a roleplay server, were still very basic at the core. At least on this side of the fence, not sure what happens over there.

There is no 3. Even if you’re a warrior and do need it, you’ll rolling on it for #2 because it’s going to be replaced for pve almost immediately. If someone needs it for pvp and they’ve been there longer, and no hunter needs, that’s who gets it. There’s no reason to cry about it let alone gquit. Go back to retail if you want to be this bad.

Also true. I’ve never seen a warrior use rend in a raid unless they were super bad.
wiped the guild on Vael by being in the wrong position?
Verifiably false. This is where the logs are handy. We can watch Purge’s 2 wipes on Vael in replay mode and see that while Kade DID eat two cleaves early into their first Vael wipe, it killed no one and he was not hit by a cleave until the end of the fight after the tank had died and Vale had breathed on the raid (in other words the reason they wiped is because the healers failed to keep the tank alive. The tank did not even have BA when he died.)
The second wipe is the exact same story, except this time Kade was not cleaved at all until after the tank had died (again, before even being hit with BA). This wipe was just unfortunate circumstances. The tank was 1-shot by flame breath (about 7.5k damage within 1 second, no resists feels bad) After Vale breathed on the raid he was cleaved yes, but I can’t really call that his fault at that point.
None of this excuses his garbage attitude of course.

Truth is in the logs, and the youtube video and whatever else is out there. What I haven’t seen in this thread is the fact that Purge has two groups clearing BWL for months, we have burn out, we have been farming like mad (War effort and chitin), people have IRL issues like everyone else and this was our 2nd raid of the week. With a rag tag group of alt shadow priests we tried to heal Vael while our MT tried ditching the shield. Was going well until BA got 1 of the main healers and we didn’t really have one to step in.
We go with what we’ve got and pull it out week after week. We try new things from week to week and this time it blew up in our faces.
I don’t need to go into full defense mode for my guild right now, but this whole crap thread is about half truths and trolling.

Kinda reminds me of that scene from the Firefly movie where the operative pays a visit to a researcher at a psych facility.
Initially, we as the audience believe he’s there to gather I formation about how River Tam escaped.
The operative analyzes the escape and concludes there was little if anything the researcher could have done to avoid it.
The researcher is relieved as he believes the operative’s analysis of River Tams escape places him in a position where he’s absolved of any guilt and wont face punishment.
It is then revealed the operative is not there to punish the researcher for the escape itself, but the researcher’s earlier hubris that created an entirely separate and more concerning problem.

And that’s not the situation we are talking about; we are talking about a guild not giving the brand new guy an Ashkandi, one of the iconic PvP weapons, on his very first raid. Over a core raider who wanted it.

All this over asscandy… a glorified zg weapon… c’mon bruhhhh… who cares. If their core raider warrior didnt already have a dtc bre or asscandy by phase5 then I feel bad for that guild haha
What? I… I don’t understand this perspective. What have you seen that is “cringiest”? Some of the things I have seen/partaken in that I suppose some might find “cringiest” is:
- Cross faction tavern meetings to drink and chat
- Cross faction duel tournaments
- Cross faction racing in the Salt Flats
- Cross faction dance offs (Shout out to The Night Witches, the undisputed champs)
- Stand up comedy events and trivia events
- Cumpulsion, the estranged Night Elf rogue
- Faction specific duel tournaments
I could keep going. It seems like Magicktrik would find normal life events like trivia night at the local pub “cringiest” as well. To each their own.

Loot drama. It’s normal… gquitting was a bit premature I’d say but its your call of course. Thats my old realm… my undead warriors still there… im alliance on faerlina now… but ya, it’s loot drama. Get used to it.
And yet you threw a temper tantrum over a “digital item no one wants for PvE” and not content with you temper tantrum in game decided to come to kick and scream like a child on the forums.
