Black Temple disturbance detected quest - don't meet requirements

Same here. How did they manage to break that untouched feature?! Unbelievable, I mean, expected.

Seems this is affecting everyone. Thankfully they can fix it if they want to by linking it to your Raid Info progress on BT Timewalking.

For future readers, don’t do this. I did it, and couldn’t loot the quest item on the second kill. D:

I was able to loot the item , but when I left the instance, the item was deleted from my bags.

wasnt talking about the same toon lol most people would know you cant loot once you already did, but seeing its not clear sadly, was refering to a ALT!

Same issue, says “I Don’t Meet The Requirements”- Bug report submitted.

this is unacceptable, an event that is only available for a week, and we have waste almost a whole day without they even saying anything about the bug

Still Not fix just did it with 3 Irl friend we all cant get the quest completed

I opened a ticket an received an automated reply. It suggested, among other things, that I check fansites, relog, go to a different zone, and come back.

It also suggested that I drop the quest and reaccept it. I don’t advise this. I read that others couldn’t get the quest drop again after a reclear.

same issue…maybe bliz will eventually fix it after 7 hours of ignoring many players with the same issue.

We appreciate you for reaching out and informing us about this issue. The Devs have been made aware of this starting up a couple days ago. They are looking into it but in the meantime I tried a couple workarounds that may let you turn it in now. If not, please submit an in-game bug report, that will compile information on the back end and send it directly to the QA team. As customer service, we won’t be able to manually fix bugs (unless we have a workaround we can implement) but we can help gather info for the QA team to use. With the information provided with an in-game bug report, we can get closer to a solution.

there are some saying they are able to turn in…while others (like us ) are not…what gives…?

I just did an in game bug report then did a support submission that does the generic tech support automated crap… gone are the days of actual tickets
