I have the quest ready to turn in, looted the battle plans, have credit for the plans and killing Illidan. But when I turn it in, it said “You don’t meet the requirements for this quest.” I tried relogging and leaving the group even though that shouldn’t be an issue. Several others from my raid are having this problem, too.
Editing to add that last time a turbulent timeways event was close to a regular timewalking event I had issues doing the raid quest because it didn’t reset my completion credit from a month or so prior. Not sure if that is the problem, but worth a shot to mention. Some people around are able to complete the quest but many are not.

im having the same issue i just did it and its saying i can`t turn in
Yeah same issue and there’s a LOT of people at the NPC saying they’re having the same issue. Hopefully it gets hotfixed soon.

Same issue here. I even spoke with a GM and they couldn’t fix it.

I did loot the item but somehow it doesnt show up in my inventory, so because of that I cant deliver it
Same here, please advise. Thought maybe because we were in a raid, that was the issue, but dropped group and relogged, still broken.

I’m having this issue also, I’m guessing it’s because the chest is from when the Turbulent Timeways event was active because it says it gives heroic raid level loot which doesn’t seem intentional, but I already did BT so now I’m looking forward to my free heroic level loot whenever this bug gets hotfixed.
