My son and I have the same issue.

Me and my two daughters all three have the same issue. The quest says “Ready to turn in” and when doing so it will say “You do not meet the requirements for that quest.”

The reason why we can’t complete, it seems, is that we’ve looted the item, but some piece of code deletes it once we leave instance so we can’t complete the quest despite having completed its requirements.

seems only way to do it is to drop quest ( not doing that) picking up again looting item then running back to raid entrance and talking to npc…not doing that
