We appreciate you for reaching out and informing us about this issue. The Devs have been made aware of this starting up a couple days ago. They are looking into it but in the meantime I tried a couple workarounds that may let you turn it in now. If not, please submit an in-game bug report, that will compile information on the back end and send it directly to the QA team. As customer service, we won’t be able to manually fix bugs (unless we have a workaround we can implement) but we can help gather info for the QA team to use. With the information provided with an in-game bug report, we can get closer to a solution.

having the issue currently. just did the raid and getting denied because i don’t meet some weird requirements. also there is a set of shoulder’s that are plate for war, evoker, and adventurer. found that neat.

We just ran it knowing about the bug. We assumed the fix would have been to turn in before leaving. That doesn’t work, either.

TLDR: Don’t run back to the beginning in the hopes of turning in. You still get the “Do Not Meet Requirements” thing.
